HOUSING
The properties on the Parkside Gardens estate provide security and residents are encouraged to make friends and share a wider social life that is made possible by living on the estate.
Maintenance

Rent as such is not payable but there is a modest Weekly Maintenance Contribution towards the upkeep of and repairs to the properties (including heating systems).
Residents are responsible for their own gas and electricity bills, Council Tax, telephone charges and TV licence.

All properties comprise sitting room, one bedroom, a kitchen and bathroom.
